How do you all think about allocating space to different work experiences in resume. 2 years at MBB post mba and 5 years in finance and tech prior to mba. I currently have 60-70% work experience section devoted to my work post MBA and the rest prior to MBA even. Does that seem reasonable? I had a behavioral interview with a manager from another team and a case study with the hiring manager. They both took notes as I gave my answers but the first manager was very disinterested from the get go and was distracted as he kept looking away from the screen.

I’m wondering how much influence the first manager has since I’m not sure what he’s writing
