How do you all think about allocating space to different work experiences in resume. 2 years at MBB post mba and 5 years in finance and tech prior to mba. I currently have 60-70% work experience section devoted to my work post MBA and the rest prior to MBA even. Does that seem reasonable? Just got into recruiting game and trying to understand best practices

A resume is an advertisement, not a history book. Use the space as you feel best markets yourself.

Good luck with your search.

It depends on what role you’re applying for and what’s most relevant - e.g., if you’re applying for a role in tech and have very little consulting experience related to tech, you should be highlighting that portion of your pre-mba experience more

Hi guys I am posting this again I have offer of almost same package from Accenture and IBM . Accenture offering is very slight more but that's not my key consideration. Which company is better in terms of job security, work life balance. That's the top most factor I am considering. Learning and project and latest niche technology is the other important factor after first 2 factors .

I am looking into the CCP (Certified Compensation Professional). It seems to be quite an expensive exam.

If anyone else is studying, let me know and maybe we can share study materials!

For those who have taken it, are there any cheaper or alternative study materials to any official guides you would recommend? I went this route with the PHR and SHRM-SCP and passed each on the both try, so I wanted to see if that method may be viable here. Any recommended order to take courses in?
