If I'm an SM up for promo, does Deloitte re-adjust me to an EB-1? I can't imagine PMDs dealing with this visa extension hassle every 3 years.

Hello , I have accepted an offer from a UK firm , they mentioned that they will provide coc form to me and then I have to apply for a visa (they will reimburse the visa cost)
Is this a norm there ?

I want to work from India (& get H1 stamped with Meta based on offer letter+approval notice) during my notice period, followed by 2 weeks of unemployment, and start my new job at Meta once I return to the US.

On a H4 visa, for India to US travel on Delta/KLM via Amsterdam, do we need any transit visa as such?
If anyone recently traveled through Europe, please let me know if just the 24hr Covid rapid test will suffice, or is there any other tests/checks to be done? ( Already double vaccinated)

Just got my PWD issued through current employer though their immediate reaction is subtly letting me know they’re not in a hurry to start recruitment. Got an offer today for $160k base. Similar role, both are good teams, etc. Do I politely decline and see my GC process through or accept and get more money? Feel like current employer will drag their feet as long as they can for retention purposes.

About to file 485 in 3 months, is it worth it to do H1b stamping now or just wait??

EY law question - Checked the online portal and it seems like petition is ready to be sent to me but lawyers have stopped responding. Any idea what might be going on? (H1B1 Consular processing)

First time stamping soon. US consulate website said I need to bring LCA but my colleague who did it said she didn’t. Any experience and thoughts on what to bring? Thanks 🐠
