Is fast turnover really HR's fault? I been with the company with many vacancies, wherein every year the company note that reason for inefficiency, low productivity and customer complaints is lack of manpower. That every time follow up of manpower status, the line of "people are resigning due to not enough manpower"

My joining is on 23rd may. What to expect on day 1 of onboarding. do we get project interview calls directly ?
My question is I have been interviewed for BA role and JD mentioned dynamics 365 but I don't have experience in that. i was interviewed about core BA concepts and my role in project. I have understood the concepts of dynamics 365 during my NP. so now project interviews will be based on previous experience in projects or this new one ? Please help me understand.

My AD coworker (not currently my partner) just got hired at a new agency and wants to bring me along as his writer. I'd love to join. He told the recruiter at that agency about me and sent my book. I also have another former coworker (creative) who put in a good word for me.

Had a really bad day 😞 I don’t know why I keep doing this to myself. Things will be going well and then out of nowhere I get blackout drunk. I am tired of feeling sick and anxious from drinking. I don’t really even want to drink sometimes but do it anyway. Blacked out last night, and still feel sick now. I’ve never shared with anyone that I have this problem, until I found this message board. I have so much anxiety that I won’t be able to get this under control. I feel isolated and sad.
