Is getting an MBA right now worth it for where I am in my career?

- 3+ years of consulting at boutique (mostly life sciences and tech exp)
- 3.8 undergrad gpa from small school
- 640 gmat (squeezed in a month of studying, will likely revisit for 700+)
- solid extracurriculars (e.g., on associates board of well known nonprofit)

Might try to pivot to LS industry or get into MBB via MBA program.

Friend of mine just got a second interview with Boston Consulting Group (believe they only do 2 rounds). I am really rooting for her.

Anyone know if getting to the second round is a big deal? Or do they move a lot of people on and cut everyone after the second round?
