Is it a wise decision to go for a master’s in data science right now. I have a stable job and things are going my way but I always wanted to move abroad. Any advice would be appreciated.

I know cases rarely make it to trial anymore, but I’d like to develop my skills as much as possible to position myself well when they do. I’ve noticed that even when I include a specific request or call to action, that my emails receive a response less than 50% of the time. Is this lack of responsiveness indicative of company culture or more about the culture of recruiting, since they receive so many emails? Thoughts?
