Hi Fishes! YOE - 7 (CA - Regulatory + Financial Reporting). Current CTC - 12 I have an offer from Capco (Consultant-M2 - Regulatory Reporting). Offered CTC is 15.5 I have final interview pending with American Express for band M30. Can someone guide me on the seniority of this band and the salary that I can ask from th HR? Yes it could be. But interviews are definitely not standard and depend a lot on the role/org
Thanks. I found it a bit unethical to ask a candidate to do so much work specific to the actual current role's responsibilities without pay or guarantee of the role. I'm accustomed to employers giving case studies for interviews that are based on hypothetical companies or roles. Just venting I think at this point.
🤦♀️ no one is trying to steal your ideas. They’re trying to give a test case study that is relevant to the job to see if you’d be good at it. You’ll need to develop a way more detailed strategy with stakeholder convos and data analysis if you actually got the job.
