Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.
So here are my questions.
How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.
When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.
Thanks in advance!

Good luck fighting it.
If it’s that big of a deal bring yours in if possible. If not, I suspect it will be a situation where you get what you get

If you're at a smaller firm, you've probably got a decent shot provided you can make a compelling case. In that scenario, I'd present it as larger screens help you do XYZ that you can't with a smaller screen, not that you paid money for larger monitors at home.
If you're at a large firm, chances are IT policy is set in stone and likely doesn't allow it unless you fit into certain categories that are allowed larger screens (developers, etc).
