Supply and demand …… right now more labor less work so we get offered less
There are a lot of “top performers “ flooding the market now that have impressive resumes from impressive companies. We may feel we have that special something and even if we do we are just swimming in the sea will a bunch of others
Many times, less pay is balanced by other perks. My last job paid butkis. However, the insurance was free, free prescription and copays were reimbursed. If you're healthy, this might not matter. My job before paid less because the employee discount was awesome, but if you didn't need what they were selling it wouldn't matter. You need to find what their balance is, and see if it's a benefit to you
It's really up to you, but from what I see and the experiences of people I know, the job market as a whole have been offering lower wages.
Lol more that's trending right? Or are you in reality? Cost have come down on many things. Jobs are available everywhere. It's up to you. And that's called baiting it's kinda public if your credit is pulled but idk except a few jobs they do that. But uhh yeah they are negotiating you said offering lower salary? What was your counter?
Your question wasn't very strategic. You should take an offer if you decide that's what you want. Know your price and after you learn their business model next management the sky is the limit. Everyone clocking in is further away from owning their own. I had the funniest conversations or interviews ever. I'm very attentive, and listen, am honest. I would say first I agree with one person see if there's potential. Study the company new openings. Newer generation. Sales is always #1 and if you have that skill and can consistently teach it, along with being teachable. Your cultured, multi lingual, and can plan, coordinate events, bring a culture that helps the employees moral, the business model will love the input. Also you could make a new position and offer it based on your knowledge after learning their way doing things their way, and set goals, show others how. Incentives them. For sure your an asset anywhere. Should be on your own kicking ass but you need more experience always. Everyone you meet knows something you don't. Then when you see someone happy attain their or yalls common goal it becomes more of an organization or family type atmosphere and makes team work actually work.
