Is it just me, or is everyone suddenly an “expert” in options trading? My feed is packed with social media gurus flashing screenshots of big wins, pushing aggressive strategies like zero-DTE trades with no mention of the risks. It’s wild because they make it seem like easy money, but we all know how fast things can go south if you’re not managing risk properly. I worry this hype is giving options a bad name and luring in new traders who don’t understand what they’re getting into. Does anyone else feel the same way, or am I just being overly cautious?

About to get promoted at PwC from Associate to Senior Associate (mgmt consulting). I interviewed at Deloitte for a Consultant position, but they’re potentially giving me an offer for BA. I’d essentially be holding out on the promo until next promo cycle. Usually, I’d understand hiring at a level below for higher levels but I feel like doing a 3rd year as a junior might not be the best decision. Should I push HR for Consultant level?
