Hello! I’m new to fishbowl and wanted to make my first post. I’m currently in the process of transitioning out of the Air Force and looking for a skillbridge opportunity in project management, preferably located in Tampa, Florida. A few companies I have on my list are Accenture, Raytheon Technologies Corporation and JPMorgan Chase What are everyone’s thoughts on those companies and how military friendly they really are?

Spent 4+ years as CMO of startup company. It was an incredible learning experience but also a very difficult uphill battle trying to steer the owners and the company in the right direction. I’ve just exited the company as of 11/18. The owners expected to storm the marketplace and emerge as a number one brand at only 6 years old without putting in the work.Company had a very hard time understanding the concept of a unique value proposition. Hoping to find a new remote (full time) position ASAP
Can anyone tell me what the salary range is for Monitor Deloitte senior consultants in the UAE? Also I have a SC offer from PwC healthcare (not strategy &) and currently also interviewing with Monitor so according to you all which of the two is better across WLB, growth, culture, quality? Thanks!

Anyone from EYP…I’m applying to “Strategy & Transactions Working Capital Consultant/Senior”. I have the experience, six sigma, PMP etc stated in the description. How can I proactively position myself to earn the interview? I’m afraid I might get auto rejected because I have way more than 2 years experience, but I know industry experience is weighted different. Appreciate any help, insight, or anyone willing to chat. Depends on your practice / project.
If you get a project that's local and they want people on site, if you're based in (for example) New York but actually live in Philadelphia, technically there would be no hotel reimbursement and you would need to commute each day.
Also, if there's an event in the office that's mandatory in person (practice all hands for example), same would apply, where are your transportation/lodging would not be covered.
Other than that, you're probably good to be in another location.
Nobody here will know for sure, but if/when the time comes for you to be on-site you could be met with some challenges. Non-reimbursed commute costs. Challenges expensing travel from your current city that is not your actual “home city”. Where your income is taxed. Etc. Once a problem arises it will rise up to the partners in your group, and make a negative impression.
Thanks, I plan to move after my lease end anyway.
My project is 100% remote. Do you think taxe wise gonna become problem? EY can withhold my tax in one place and I can file my tax for both work's state and resident's state on my own anyway.
