Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. My interview is done at @Mercedes Benz RDI. Total they took 5 rounds of interviews including HR. Even my previous employment documents were also requested. But it has been 14 days since then. Still they have not released offer letter. What should I do? Is it worth the wait?

I wish I was overemployed. Searching for gigs, but nothing yet. Any tips on how to get one or more extra jobs?

Wondering what people think about my situation. I’ve been offered a role with a company. The job description didn’t mention college degree as a requirement. On my CV I have a section listed as “Education” and under it I have “Business Studies” with the university name and the 3 years that I attended the course (2.5 to be exact). It’s a 4 year degree and under this I have my High School equivalent with the years I attended there. The education wasn’t mentioned in the interviews. Continued below.

I see this question about how to display side projects often, so putting this out there for anyone who might find it useful:

There’s no such thing as side projects, in my eyes. Every project is an opportunity to display your creativity, and the few you’re most proud of make it to your book. Generally, the consensus these days is that we want our advertising to not look/feel like advertising. So, why should you be concerned to separate what was and wasn’t “advertising?”
