Anything is possible. Every in-house gig is different. Sometimes it’s really cushy, sometimes you’re doing all of the work and/or working for people who make your life a lot harder.
No. Perhaps less satisfying. When you’re considering brand side make sure you know what kind of work the in house creative department produces. If it’s all lower funnel work and you’re expecting the kinds of briefs you get at an agency, you may be disappointed.
The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence.
Brand side is no more or less demanding than agency side. What those demands are, and where they come from, are where the differences lie.

Internal creative teams may just be one person, doing the work of 8. Occasionally they're 40 people strong, with silos and poor communication.
