Iam working as a secretary in a group company which deals with aviation MRO, power T&D, infrastracture, irrigarion, MFNG, BESS, Renewables, Defence, mining & so on. As a secretary being exposed to this and from starting onwards being purely involved and working in BD such as tendering, empanelments, cs work, contaracts drafting along side secretarial works. Iam well versed with the project management as well (execution).

When covid first hit, I was delighted to be working from home. My hours even improved. Now, because of some triggering events, I’m dealing with horrible panic attacks on the daily. I’m dissociating and can’t focus long enough to get work done. I JUST hit a year at this firm and am going on a one month stress leave. Worried I might not kick this mental state in that time.
