Don’t know what I don’t know, however in my opinion building new relationships at large companies requires C suite sponsorship. If you don’t have that, you will not be effective.
Can maybe get away with the level below for mid market.
If you bring them at the highest level (pay), you have one less lever to keep them motivated or appreciate your employee. Definitely don’t want to under pay but at same time, I don’t want to bring at my highest range.
Build out a plan as to how you're going to do that, ideally including hiring, investment and other needs and how that will be complemented by a go to market strategy that will enable you to build out the office as planned
