Is it possible to get promoted to ED after two years from VP promotion ?
To clear more : I got promoted to vp last year and how much is the probability that I’ll get promoted to ED if I am added to radar for this year ED promotion.
Total year in firm : 4.5 years.

Just landed a full time gig, looking to get some furniture so I’m not working on my parents’ kitchen table during this remote period. Any recommendations for desks and chairs? Do you share details about raises/bonuses/other financial gains with friends or do you keep it to yourself? I have a few friends who will tell me everything from how much money they make to how much their husband spent on them for their bdays to how much their parents make?? To me that feels like bragging/being arrogant. It’s also the way they say it, feels very much like seeking validation to me.

For new hires of Jpmc,
Only get a MacBook if you already have a windows pc, citrix workspace works best on a windows. In mac you cannot use shortcuts like Alt+tab inside the VDI. So choose wisely
