Is it really too much to ask for people to take out their earbuds when I'm ringing them up? Or at least not have their phone blasting for everyone to hear? I had a customer today who didn’t even pause her music while I was scanning her items, and I felt like I was talking to a wall. And to make it worse, her phone was playing the same song on repeat so loud that anyone near us couldn’t help but overhear. It’s kind of rude, right?

Mattress suggestions please! We are side sleepers and prefer firm mattresses in general. Most mattresses seem to offer 100+ days trial, but how has the return process been? We are worried that it might take a couple trials to find the most suitable one but not sure if the return process is as convenient and hassle free as all the websites claim.

Back when I was getting started in the food world, I worked flipping burgers at In-n-Out. A man came in and said the burgers he had gotten weren’t right. He dumped the food on the counter and then he started throwing them back behind the counter. We gave him a refund and then his demeanor completely changed. He was calmer and he told us to have a great day as he left us to clean up the mess he made.
