Personally no. I would take a small cut, but 25% is steep.
That's a lot of money. The only way I would do that is if I was in a relationship where I wasn't the primary breadwinner.
I wouldn't take the pay cut. It isn't hard to move business lines and keep the same wage.
A 30k pay cut is a lot. A 5k is not. It kinda depends on your budget too. Does 95k after tax meet your living needs? Even if it does, there has to be a role that will pay you the same or slightly more
Depends if this is the career route you want AND the pay will increase soon to your current level. Not worth it otherwise IMO

Look for a job more in the 60k ballpark, CAD. Seems more appropriate for Canada
