I am working as data engineer at Accenture with 2 YOE with ctc of 11LPA. After clearing all the technical rounds at Impetus technologies, tomorrow I have my HR discussion. She told she can't give more than 16 LPA. What should i do? How much should i ask? I am expecting somewhere around 19-20 LPA. Can anyone pls help. Accenture Impetus technologies inc

A6 yeah at senior associate level that sucks to get hit with a K1! But it’s quite nice at the senior NSP level.
Depends on the group. Certain groups like M&A tend to be up or out for NSPs who don’t make equity. Others, particularly specialists, who are well respected can get a permanent NSP role (“Senior Income Partner”) and it isn’t made apparent to clients which partners have equity (other than the PC designation that only equity partners have, but not all have it)

This is accurate. And the PC thing is a tax matter some folks elect not to use. SNSPs get paid more and have additional benefits.
I don’t really understand how a labeling of senior associate to NEP would change anything, especially if the NEP title happens automatically once you are a 7th year.

Low percentage but a percentage exists. Sometimes it also happens if you’re not in politically with the loud voices in the room.
