I am guessing lead con. If it's entry level lead con PM, I think it will be just on par. But it could also be lower than parity depending on your profile. How many years TW experience?

Assuming all other factors in your profile like experience and skillset is in your favour, I think it's below par bro. But honestly, in the current situation the company is in, they will not do the parity hike for PMs. Even if they end up making some money, they will only focus on hikes for more sellable roles like developers. So your chances are better outside than inside

Will they automatically consider me for grade change or do I have to expicitely talk about it with PC ? Also if grade is changed, how is the impact on salary considering the parity check ?
