I have an offer of 18.5 lpa including bonus.
At the time of HR discussion, I was under the impression that this will be 18.5 fixed + bonus
I already have 19.5 fixed CTC offer from Emids and Indegene is ready to pay 23 lpa including joining Bonus.
I am keen to join JP morgan but I want to negotiate the offered CTC.
During HR discussion, HR said they'll not entertain any counter offers later on

Thought this was interesting. Across 160 teams of researchers, just about all failed to make good life outcome predictions on things like GPA, evictions, layoffs, and others. Data followed 4.5k families across 15 years, with 13k features (varied over time). Haven't looked at it directly yet, but will be turning the docs and data inside out... In the meantime, authors claim this as showing the limits of ML. Oh, and it's published in PNAS, so you know there's some big publication energy there.

Actually the assessment had nothing to do with competency so those who were working in autosar mbd also had to go through a DSA based assessment from what i heard the test wasn't that hard just basic matrix string and array type
And most of them were out of touch on basics but since you anyway just out of college you might still be fresh to most of the topics
I think they want to delay the new joinings as long as possible people are also discussing rumors that they want people to make people leave on their own terms through pip and assessment results
They'll ask the employee to resign, doesn't matter how hard the person works for the company they don't care about it at all.They only want to fire people so finding some petty reasons for it.
