Working as a UI/UX designer at a WITCH company since 2 years. I’ve pursued my M.Des from one of the IITs and have a CTC of 14 LPA. I’m looking for a switch soon and would like to know what could be the pay n companies like Walmart, Honeywell, Philips, Ola etc?

So I was a 5th year associate in nyc making 100 k a year 2k billable hours.. I decided to leave for the role Im in now.. my old countered to keep me at 115k (which was like pulling teeth for them) but I left anyways now I find out that they offered a 7th year 150 k and a partner title should I be offended that they didn’t even try more with me

I was offered RSUs for the first time as part of my compensation. I think I understand the concept as such but there are a few intricacies I was looking to clarify. Could anyone let me know if my grant date is 9th nov, 2022 and vesting period is 1 year, will I get RSUs allotted at the price of stock on grant date or vest date (in this case 9th nov, 2023)? Hi, I recently got offer for retail banking IA function in JP morgan. This is my first move from public accounting and was wondering if IA is the way to go. Anyone working in similar role how are you finding it? What sort of career opportunity can IA offer?

Does anyone feel like going into internal audit has pigeonholed them in IA? Trying to decide to leave public for IA but I would like the option to go back to an accounting role if I want.

How do people in the IA profession motivate themselves? Personally, I love the fact that we are exposed to different business processes (rather than a specific number or subject matter), also I actually like the fact we are a bit more creative than the typical “in our less than humble opinion we think this number is not too incorrect” approach adopted by our external counterparts.
