Im 5.7yrs - currently working as Software engineer in Fidelity Investments . Working late after 7pm IST not suitable to me. Got an offer with Standard chartered bank with 18.5 inhand and Barclays with 20 inhand. Standard Chartered as Specialist - Product Engineer and Barclays as BA4 Both are mentioned as promotions. Which one would be better to go? based on benefits and promotion given to me? In Fidelity investments, we will be getting year end gifts.. will any company provide such benefits?
Hi all, Recently i interviewed at Adobe for the post of computer scientist, Noida location. Had 5 technical rounds, but after that i didnt get any further response. One of HR called me and asked me to wait for a day or 2 last week, she gave me the reason that there are some issues going on in company. It's been 2 weeks now and i haven't got any response from them, i have been following up on mail and call, but there is no response either. What could be the reason ?? Any adobe folk out there ??

I’d suggest grounding yourself in risk fundamentals. Particularly understanding what the core components make up a typical internal audit, but also more broadly how internal audits form part of an organisation’s overarching internal audit plan and risk strategy. But focus on the basics first, I.e. what’s a control, what’s a risk, what’s a key control etc.
Study for the CIA. It can help you become a better internal auditor. In my opinion Gleim is the best study material.
Institute of Internal Auditors and Association of Certified Fraud Examiner websites are good places to start.
