I'm an IA professional with industry, B4 and consulting experience. From my point of view looks like you are thinking more in accounting than IA in the long term. In any case you should have a CPA license. While you can go to IA with CIA, CISA or CPA only (any of them), you will need a CPA to have a good long-term career in accounting e.g., Controller or CFO. If you decide to go to IA you can have a good career as well. However, if you want to move to accounting later don't wait to much. That will "pigeonhole" you potentially as you become an "expert" in IA. Give a good thought of both options and good luck!
