Is the HSBC EDPI recruitment freezed .. how about the ongoing interviews ? My next round is scheduled for this week

I have a first round interview with my dream job tomorrow. I’ve prepared but I’m so nervous and I don’t wanna ruin my shot. Please advise me on what good questions I can ask? It’s a fast growing Tech company and the role is Senior Accountant. Thank you in advance! 🖤

Anyone interviewed for DoorDash strategy/ops senior associate positions? What’s their salary band? Asked about it and the hiring team person who reached out to me refused to share info, saying that a recruiter will share this info later in the process. LOL. I heard some lowballing offers from DoorDash and other bad recruiting practices too.

Tomorrow I have an interview with the partner of a fundraising and M&A boutique for tech startups, who’s also an active VC. Any tips? Although I’m currently at a B4, I have some corp dev experience at a tech unicorn. Thanks.

How do I get the second interview

Completed my Loop interview this week. So nervous but weirdly relieved. Put so much into it and I think I did well but one can never be sure.


Now the wait.

While giving the tech interview as well as while having the HR discussion, I mentioned my expected CTC as 9-10 LPA(CTC). I cleared the interview and uploaded all the documents in the portal yesterday. Today mrng all the document verification was completed. But when I got the call for offer discussion, she asked what u expect. I said 9-10 LPA. She questioned me that on what basis I am asking for this much hike. She offered me 6.3 LPA as CTC with 21% variable. 5.2 as basic. Rest part in comments..

I recently joined Company A on H1B few weeks ago. Now I have another offer with a better pay from comp B (I started the interview process long before I joined company A) and would like to proceed with comp B. Will this cause any issues in my visa stamping now or in the future? Anyone gone through this?

While negotiating with HR , can we select our choice location like I am from Mumbai but I want to switch to pune in some other organization.

When I inform this to my manager he is saying how come u say like this to client.according to kpmg policy u need to travel to anywhere to work.

I am from a tier 1 college and yet able to land only a couple of interviews and they keep me on stand by(2 companies so far). They are prefering folks with experience even for APM positions. Current CTC 20 fixed. YoE 11.
An offer HSBC is in pipeline ( 28 fixed as per Recruitment consultant). Position offered is Senior consultant specialist.
However I know that there is scope of pushing the offer till 36. Any inputs on getting the offer to desired figure would be helpful.
