Is there any other reason than money that would make anyone want to work at Huge? Is the possibility of getting laid off worth it?

Speaking of fintechs has anyone or does anyone know anyone who was laid off in one of the many fintech layoffs? Not my company but seeing a lot of them and they are scary!

Feeling so down right now…I spent months trying to get into a tech company. And when I finally got in, I was then laid off two months into the job. This past month, I applied to 300+ jobs and had 30+ interviews. None of them led to offers due to hiring freezes or internal hires. I just went through 10 interviews with a non-tech company and I don’t know if I will get an offer. I am just so tired of everything. If anyone knows of any PM roles (hardware/software), please let me know. YOE: 2

Have I just had bad luck with the companies I've been at or is it like this everywhere? I've had 7 managers in my 4 years of experience, 3 in one year at my first position (which is why I left) and now 4 at the 2nd company in 3 years. There has been a mix of people leaving and people getting fired but the instability feels extreme.

I have offer from BNY Mellon for K grade and credit Suisse for AVP position for business analyst profile . Which one should I Join. Two factors for consideration : Credit Suisse is currently in a big mess due to negative 2Q results. BNY has one instance of layoffs in 2019. Though connected with many BNY employees and they told me it was one time instance due to wrong decision by CEO and that CEO is no longer with BNY. Please suggest

They’ll think I’m joking but then I’ll jump on the table and start yelling “Too legit. Too legit 2 quit” while doing the running man and use my foot to close everyone’s lap top.
