Is there any point in not acknowledging manager's feedback on employee for annual performance cycle?
Our manager is completely detached from the team and hardly has basic awareness on whats going on. Review statements from her is vague and not giving any insight on development area.
Will their be retaliation for doing so?
I am not doing it for a better hike or anything, just wondering how can performance system of such a huge company allow such non-standard approach. Thoughts please!

What is a reasonable pay increase + bonus? This will be my first pay increase. I make 70k and I will be starting my second year at big law (immigration). I had 2 years of prior experience before joining the firm. My manager rated me highest in all areas and mentioned she recommended me for promotion but it may not happen until next cycle since there are limited number of promotions to give. 1. Genpact - 27 CTC (24 fixed + 10% variable plus gratuity) Manager level
2. Airbus - 23 CTC + 5 L JB
I really wanted to work with Airbus but they are not budging from the offer of 23 even after I told them I have a better offer from Genpact with better position. HR said they will come back..
