Is there anyone from Nirmal’s team who successfully got their mapped engagement changed? I’m increasingly frustrated and disheartened working in this loan staff engagement setup, where both the client and even my director treat me like a second-class resource.

The work here lacks any form of brainstorming or the need for high-level technical skills, which is incredibly disappointing given my 5+ years of experience across consulting and banking. I feel stuck in a role with no learning.

Is it really unrealistic to expect a raise in this current economic climate? Review period is coming up in July, and I don’t want to shoot myself in the foot by not asking for a raise.
