I have cleared all the interviews for Walmart and salary negotiations are also done. A month ago the recruiter said that they are waiting on some approvals and once it is done we will be issuing the offer letter but I haven't heard back any other update since then. Am I getting rejected or is it normal to be on hold without any update for a month at this stage?

Hi I got IBM offer and Bangalore location but I would like to work from Chennai. They have not given any joining bonus and relocation also reimbursement till 25k only provided. Can I ask them for full wfh ? I know for first day induction i should go to office but since they're not providing any relocation allowance can I ask them to provide full wfh and change of base location to Chennai?? Has anyone else had a mentor (assigned to them by the Company) who seemed to have it out for you? I mean downright sabotage to make you look bad left and right. I didn’t realize it at first. She was fake friendly, but she was discrete too. Some of the executives thought she was amazing, but I had to clean up her work all the time. She wasn’t above me either on the chain of command. Later I found out she had tried for the exec assistant role and they didn’t choose her, they wanted me instead.

Hi- I’m an hourly AA, been on the role for 6 months now and it’s my first AA job. I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center). I assist two VPs and now they want to add a third because they’re looking for the “ 3:1 ratio “. Should I ask for a raise? Is this normal? I know another AA that handles 3+ people but idk if she’s hourly or salary. Any thoughts?

If you have to schedule multiple 1:1s between your exec and other execs, what process for scheduling do you use? Do you send individual emails to each exec’s AA/EA with availability included or do you send a mass email to all the needed AAs/EAs with availability included?
