Best shoes for flat feet?
Hello! I recently applied for a Travel Procurement Senior Manager role at PwC (role is in NYC and I’m not NYC-based but I believe certain roles can be primarily remote). I have 5+ years of experience in this field and the description/company culture seem like a perfect match to what I’m looking for. Are there any fish from PwC and/or their talent acquisition team that can provide a reference post-submission and insight on the hiring process? Thanks!!
Hello Everyone!
I have done my bachelor's in mechanical engineering and master's in engineering management for process excellence from the uni of Glasgow and uni of Strathclyde respectively. I'm currently looking for jobs and have 2 years of running my own company. I'd be glad if anyone can help me with this and guide me accordingly. It would be ideal if I could get anything in process/operations but I'm flexible and am open to explore new areas.
Regards,
Aman

There really should be if they don’t. Everyone is selling their product or services. I don’t know who to trust.
I mean I feel like you could probably find a tiktok influencer (I know, I know) who is very excited about getting a little attention and extra cash and obsessed with beauty and offer to pay them a little bit for a few consulting sessions. I hate tiktok, but if you join just to find that person, it honestly might be worth it.
Personal shopper at a department store like Neiman Marcus.
I usually do this for my friends ☺️
It makes it tricky because almost everyone who is a beauty consultant or advisor is trying to sell something. It's best to find a friend or family member to ask for their advice if they enjoy lots of beautiful things. Or if you know someone who sells makeup, hair care products, etc., you can ask them questions. If you don't want to buy their stuff, then try to steer the conversation in another direction if they bring up their products.
Not the kind of consultant where anyone can go to and ask about general things about beauty and all that stuff. Each beauty product company has their own beauty consultant for their products only. But they can definitely give you ideas about other products as well. For sure they also research about other products too.
Maybe look into something like this? https://www.stylespace.com/ - I'm thinking of signing up for a. style consultation but they have beauty ones too. Also Mac is an option and/or Sephora, I've gotten some good advice but it can be a hit or miss
I agree with Marketubg Coordinators 1. Every beauty product company has their own in-house beauty consultants. Like Mary Kay and Clinique. But if you're looking for someone who could analyze you, there are a lot of online beauty consultants out there. But I suggest, if you have skin concerns go to a dermatologist. If you need help with make up, go to a make up artist.
I don't think beauty consultants or cosmetic advisors are all that reliable, honestly. I feel like they just work their magic to sell their products and don't actually have yoir best interest in mind. You would have better luck going to professionals like dermatologists and aestheticians to find out what products/ingredients work well for you.
Well that’s an opinion but I did it and I am not what you described. There are many of us and I can help too.
Have you tried looking online? I'm sure there are lots of them out there. But be very careful with online bookings.
