Is this Genuine that Risebird third party company schedules interview for NTT Data? Or is this a scam?

Joined in Oct for SAP functional. Now one manager who interviewed me reached out that there is a training material developer project which will start on 20 nov for Oracle timeline is 2 months only and SAP projects are in pipeline there was one coming but no guarantee if its final and if it has to come it will be in this month because in dec new projects do not onboard. I have worked on oracle in the past but now am fully into SAP. Should I take this project or wait until Jan for SAP project?

I've had three interviews so far: 1) with the recruiter, 2) with the hiring manager, 3) with the lead of an adjacent division. I was contacted by the hiring manager (just 5 days after interview 3) asking if I was still interested and if I'm available for another meeting. He mentioned it would only take 30 minutes. Any thoughts on what to expect?

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.

Hey everyone! At what stage do you think it would be appropriate to share that I am currently on an H-1B work visa? I got reached out by the CEO regarding an opportunity they are recruiting for. I applied and have made it to the final round of interviews that’s this week. In the application they didn’t ask about sponsorship or anything, and I didn’t want to automatically disqualify myself by telling them before giving my final round presentation. My final interview is Tuesday.

For me, I think “pay yourself first” is the most important. It forces me to save money first so I wouldn’t need to worry about making a budget for expenses, since I can see how much “disposable” money I have to spend.

I just started this recently. Each month, I allocate $1k of my pay to my brokerage acct and $1k to HYSA (to buy property). I max out 401k and do backdoor roth. And save all my bonus. So each yr, it’s around 70k: 24k + 20k + 6k + 20k bonus.

At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project. I believe I'm on track to promotion in the next year. So, I could put in a year of full time school to check the box off, but I'd be sacrificing hobbies and social life (not to mention cost). Thoughts: Managers and senior managers should intervene when project folks starts working more than 8 hours. It's sad that initially everybody talks about 8 hours work goal but employee forced or end up working more than 10 hours. Company is not asking you to work more than 8 hours, it's the pressure from peers and seniors and managers who do "a gentle request" to finish a task asap.
Also managers, Please teach new techies to hold the horses and not put there peer in pressure.
