There is a hiring freeze. Some teams have exceptions to replace people that left.
My manager has been interviewing candidates to replace somebody that left 2 months ago. My former manager got approval for a new hire, a few days ago.
The Senior Lead Analytics Vonsultant position is open for my current team. We already have enough candidates.
Salary range is $97.7k-171.8k for MCOL. Offer is typically at the 40th-50th percentile of the high and low. There is also bonus.
Check the website for other Senior Lead Analytics Consultants. You should also apply for Lead Risk Analytics Consultants. It's the same pay range.
If you need more income, look for Principal Lead Analytics Consultants or Senior Lead Risk Analytics Consultants. Salary is low $100k to $300k. Those positions are rare. Those roles are more like team leads.
I wouldn't say we are on a hiring freeze, there is lots of hiring going on. They are just using hiring to offshore all the US positions. If you want a position filled, they are filling plenty of them and all from APAC.
