My company hasn't even mentioned it. Does anyone have suggestions on how to get things like this on the radar? I suppose I should post in the Slack channel myself?
Source some really good YouTube or other videos they are more engaging, sending to the head of the committee or ERG, and ask them to post it, or to the department internal Comms unit and tell them you find this resource and you think eneryone would benefit from it, if is about diversity or inclusion then you ask HR why they don’t post more about this topic and send them sound examples.

Yep, tons of programs.
Sure, they have a few sessions like what is neurodiversity and managing a neurodiverse team, general resources and a day in the life session
No. I'm not sure how a company would observe this and most other "This-N-That Week or Month." In this case, I think bringing attention to someone's "difference" would be counter-productive. I believe the whole intent of diversity and inclusion is to make those who are "different from the norm" to feel and be treated just like everyone else.

I understand where you’re coming from but I also think it comes down to how it gets communicated.
Instead of framing it as bringing attention to someone being different, it could be a message of encouragement to accept that not everyone processes things or learns things the same way as you. This could be a time to remind leaders in the company that they should be mindful of different learning styles especially when it comes to training - encourage leaders to adjust their teaching style to match the individuals needs versus expecting every employee to adjust to your teaching style. This leads to a better work environment.
It could be an opportunity to shed light on company ERGs, internal/external resources, or even the accommodations your company has made available to people with particular needs (that they may not be aware of).
One aspect that often gets overlooked when these special weeks or months roll out is the connection between a company and their customer base. Bringing awareness to neurodiversity could encourage your staff to understand and empathize with different customer communication styles or preferences and to adjust their approach to meet their customers needs.
I work in an environment where I meet with customers in person to discuss or process different aspects of their insurance claim. Recognizing or picking up on certain clues (behavioral or emotional) that indicate a customer may not be comfortable in a social situation, crowded room, bright lights, loud noises, etc. may lead me to take them to a more private 1 on 1 meeting space to alleviate distractions and ensure they are comfortable.
My company has utilized different resources like DISC assessments to help us understand our own behavioral and emotional personality types. It also helps us to better understand personality types of others and how we can adjust our approach to communicate with them more effectively.
Yeah, there was a one post in the disability affinity group slack lol
It was alright, I didn’t have too many thoughts other than that it was nice
