I recently interviewed for L7 EM at Google and had 4 great interviews and one not so great system design. I submitted external referrals all of which gave great feedback. The recruiter said the next step is team match/interviews and then the HC. Anyone in a similar situation? What was the result? Google
Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too). Anyone from Dropbox who can put me in touch with HR or suggest what I should do next?

You are reading to much into it. Are you really going to not apply because a role contains buzz words. If you get the interview judge the role and potentially company by the hiring manager.
I absolutely judge companies by their writing quality. I think it is a big red flag when there are typos and grammatical errors. I avoid companies that don't have clear-cut descriptions of their roles.

That's my exact thought too, if you can't pay attention to advertising, then how would you pay attention to your employees
I tend to take things like that seriously, but I'm also aware that the people writing (or copying and pasting) those job listings aren't the people I'd be working with. If I'm interviewed and someone spews out gibberish and buzzwords, then it's a red flag. Though even then you have to take it in stride. A lot of people today have trouble expressing coherent thoughts, and in all honesty it's not holding them back.
It is funny isn’t it? Sometimes they run out of things to say so HR fills in a bunch of nonsense. I’ve seen it many times

I use writing quality as a proxy too. If expectations are unclear in the advert, they are rarely clearer internally. Sloppy communication early often predicts reactive management and shifting priorities later.
