2021: $145k + bonus
2022: $155k + bonus

I’ve hit my ceiling for my niche domain (professional services implementation for a dev tool). Every recruiter I’ve talked to can’t match what I’m making. Dunno what to do next.

Not technically strong enough for devops/sre/swe. Not interested in pre-post sales roles like sales eng/tam. Definitely not cut out for PM.

Any advice?

How to ask a company for counter offer (means how to sentence it correctly)?
