True. I was searching for a job switch and took me more than an year to land an offer, just joined the new org in last week of October. Got ghosted/rejected by few companies after 1/2 rounds, my 90 days NP was one of contributing factors as well, as I wasn't in a position to take risk of resigning without an offer.
Aeries Technology. I had actually mentioned to them 90 days NP, but negotiable to 60. In the end, I was able to negotiate and got like 15 days early release from LTTS(my previous org) and join here without any issues.
Unless an offer letter is given , anything can happen .Not to have extreme hopes without offer letters

Same here with TCS. HR asked me to upload documents after salary discussion and then disappeared. Not responding to my calls or messages.
Post salary discussion generally they used to take 2-3 weeks to release offer if you are within this time frame then you can follow up with HR.
Same for me for LTI .

SBCs are like this right now, they're under huge uncertainty due to West, try PBCs, they're slightly better but yes they can ghost as well

It's the same as SBC get referrals and apply kr else apply within 48 hours of job posting ideally apply between Monday to Wednesday when HRs are more active.
