Free software updates and forced laptop restarts every 2 weeks
We spent a lot of money to ensure that restart pop ups are modal, recenter every 30 seconds, and only appear when in presentation mode.
Flying first class on flights over 90 mins for sure.
Entire firm shuts down for 1 week in July & 1 week in December
My favorite perk too
5 months paid paternity leave seems like it'll be pretty nice when the time comes.
Accenture gives 8 weeks. Currently halfway through and loving every moment to focus on family.

WSJ subscription, 30 days of PTO, 30 days of PTO rollover.
Had the same at ACN. It was great.

$1000 wellness budget, unlimited PTO (without the toxic culture)
I hear you and I'm glad you use your unlimited PTO. I will say, however, that I use that amount of days plus have guaranteed accrued PTO that must be paid out if I leave the firm. I'm not sure what you get with unlimited PTO that is better than guaranteed days.

- PTO carry (I assume other firms may have this)
- Limited, but large, international data on phones

yes
Business class on flights over 3 hours
Nothing. But a 75%+ annual bonus kinda helps offset that.
What is your base?
Avis rates are amazing for personal travel

Yea we have great Avis/Budget/National/Enterprise rates too. $29/day in Seattle during the peak summer season saved me a bundle!
Factiva (subscription to every major and many smaller newspapers), Talkspace, wellness $$ (not advertised well but I think it comes out to $300 a year), cellphone with unlimited plan (including international) once you’re a manager, external coaching at SM level, excellent 401K match, ESPP, pretty good PTO (I’m at 27 days/year), free standing desk and office chair, monitor, etc (with a doctor’s note), and as others have mentioned, typically a slightly better WLB than many other firms (obviously dependent on project, project phase, team, etc.)
Sorry, Accenture 8 - are you on an Accenture health plan?
Re:external coaching, there’s a survey that comes out to ask for your interest in different things like LDP, coaching, etc.
Flight ticket to an alternate destination (instead of home office) once a month.
