I quit after 7 months even though it was my dream job. Sometimes, you've gotta reassess what truly matters to you, and it's okay to have new dreams or think that your old dreams don't matter as much.
Culture is demanding, but whats your comparison? What was your pre google career?

Yes everything is relative, I was at Deloitte and EY and find Google way more manageable in terms of pace. I am at a fairly experienced level (L7). The grind at big4s was unreal.
I miss being able to work on big business problems, hob nobbing with senior execs and getting to learn from them. Even at L7 at Google, you're managing a very narrow scope
Weird. McKinsey consultants who leave for Google marvel at how chill it is.
