It was my dream to work at Google but the culture is incredibly demanding. If you're not contributing to a 'moonshot' project, you might feel like you're not doing enough. The pressure to innovate and deliver results is relentless. It's exhausting trying to keep up with the pace .. sometimes it feels like you're just a cog in a machine, not a person with limitations and needs. No amount of free food or foosball tables make up for it. How do others feel about this?

I have joined Nagarro almost a year now as a senior architect. However, I see lot of issues here. The company is great so far as employee friendliness is concerned. It may be rated as the top most company in that regard and that is why attrition is well within control. However, there are issues:

1. Project Allocation - allocated to projects without fitment with the role or skills. No internal job portal

2. Lots of seniors in bench for long time

3. No way to give company feedback

They are all technical. All of them could easily be very technical cloud consultants or cloud engineers.
Tl/Dr. If you couldn't get hired as a cloud engineer or cloud consultant - you probably can't become a PM

Completed onsite interviews for the TAM role and recruiter gave me feedback that my technical depth wasn’t up to par for the role but my googleness/leadership and GCA interview feedback was stellar so they plan to propose me for Cloud PM roles instead.
