It’s been 12 mths since I’ve been laid off from EY. 12 mths of submitting applications & going through rounds of interviews till the end and not a single job offer. I’m either getting ghosted or I’m getting rejected or in a few cases explicitly told competition is very high and ‘000 of other people are unemployed and available which makes employers very selective. I went through unemployment and now eating off my savings. Not a single EY person checked in. I feel valueless. I’ve hit rock bottom EY

Has anyone had a Manager that does not work well with your ADHD? Im going through this right now and the way they communicate doesn’t match what I need. If I ask questions, they huff and puff.
