I’m going to be as nice as i can to them while being honest: they don’t understand the technology, and it’s one that no matter how high you are in the org, you DO need to understand at a base level.
This feels like back in the day when your C-Suite didn’t know how to save to PDF. It’s not your biggest part of the job, but if you’re discussing it in a publication you need to know how to do it.
Fully agreed. It’s a tool we need to be experts in. But this is like them trying to take credit for and commoditize…the internet
Everyone will be using it, so how will agencies be any different. I’m a bit skeptical that a few geniuses with “prompt engineer” on their titles will be anything other than a 2020s version of the Digital Gurus who magically appeared 15 years ago
To the CEOs who won’t be reading this post, I challenge you to run your strategy and my post through AI, and see what AI says about your strategy from an objective lens. You might find something interesting.
