Looking for some career advice. I've been working in marketing for 3 years, I make 58k in Canada (which is decent where I live. I own a home on this income).

Option 1: stay with my current company. It's a young business, I have the opportunity to potentially make 7 figures if our growth continues on this trajectory. I get continued education and I like the industry I'm in. But my boss' response to every problem I come across is essentially just "fix it".

I have been struggling to want to maintain my friendship with my childhood best friend. We have different friend groups and interests and I feel I have grown apart from her.
