Can someone please explain why this exists in my paylslip, is it good or bad from tax perspective and shall I ask my HR to decrease it???
Please help asap.

20k AED at 3.5 year of experience is quite good. You should consider it as no income tax is there.
Japan is a workaholic country too!
Congratulations on the overseas offers! Sorry to sound pessimistic. If you convert those offers through PPP (purchasing power parity) salary conversion (and not simple exchange rate conversion) - the Japan offer of 90L Yen comes out to ~22LPA in INR equivalent & the UAE offer of 20K AED p.m. comes out to ~ 26LPA in INR equivalent. 1 is below the "equivalent" of your CCTC & the other is just a little above..
PPP signifies that, even if your offered CTC looks big in their currency (or simple exchange rate conversion to INR) - the PPP equivalent gives you an idea of "what lifestyle" you can derive from that offer, in comparison to an Indian scale. I don't see an upgrade for all the effort of shifting.
Worth negotiating with these companies, or reconsidering if it is all worth the effort relocating. You could get better offers in India in that case, and increase your quality of life right here.
Japan best middle east sucks
Don't have an answer to your question.
Just wanted to appreciate you nicely done and you are having great offers. 👍👍

U applied through LinkedIn ?
Why is everyone doing +1? It's very evident that OP is not interested in sharing the details. He has got what he needed.

UAE offer looks good package wise, Japan if you are a workoholic.

His is Android support project , so workload is okay
UAE offer looks good as compared to your cctc
Then all the best 🤞
You should check your lifestyle in the PPP calculator, then compare and make a decision.
Yes
I can't believe this is a question. UAE is the option you take only when there are no others.
Thanks a lot for your reply
I really don't understand why people asks too many questions instead of answering what's been asked
People asking- tech stack and yoe? , Name of company ? How did u applied? Hume bhi btao kaise Mila ?
It's like they don't want to answer his questions, rather they are interested bas kisi tarah information pata lag Jaye or humari bhi job lag Jaye aise hi..... seriously.....
The basic ethics is to first answer the question and then asks respect fully if he can share possible ways or according to your need and if you don't know the answer of his question asked, Just walk away simply....
Btw UAE is good, but yeah it's too much work stress,
Probably firms will be Value Labs or Virtusa, Abu Dhabi bank.or may be another.
In What domain and technology you work ?
what is your skill sets. and UAE have 5% tax on salary and 5% is VAT on purchase items. Schooling cost is very high in UAE approx 35-50k INR in case you want to live with family in future. Try English Speaking countries like USA, Canada, Australia, UK, Newzealand.
There is no tax on salaried income @FIS.
You are misinformed. We just have VAT on good and services and now corporate tax Is in place that Is for businesses.
Please be informed on the same. Thanks

May I know your rationale behind applying for UAE and Japan, would help me answer then! Purely monetary wise not a major difference if you switch in India you would be able to earn that much.
I was in a similar boat a couple of months back but I was moving to the UK (for football and my gf)

@Senior software Engineer going pretty decent, settling down... You can take a look at the company and how it has performed. Although risk is always there. Depends on the salary offered your current ctc location, dependents . if the risk is worth taking.
Amazing..
Thanks 🙏
Amazing!!
Thanks 🙏
UAE one is good, regarding Japanese one, one of friends lived there for a year and it's very expensive compared to India.. so 90LPA won't help that much in terms of savings I guess.. but anyways she had half of this package and it'll depend on ir lifestyle too.. also consider other factors too
Okay sure
Bro how you cracked. I am having 5 yoe , but still struggling to get good job. And my tech is data science. How your getting this huge salary for 3.5 years and how are you able to get job in other countries please direct bro
My DSA is good I am working for a good tech company here.
Regarding job I’m trying for long time hence cracked some I’ve also seen so many failures
Where in Japan? If it's Tokyo mind you it's a freakishly expensive city especially for rent and transport. The rest of the stuff like groceries may be cheaper. It's something like Mumbai where rents are exceptionally high. So it might feel like a huge salary but it converts to just about 55 lakhs INR. Dubai is a better offer but then you will have to compromise on expenses. But both will help you save more than your 25 lacs CTC in India. Make a wise choice
Yes it’s on higher side!
I’m thinking of living outside city centre
Hi, you need to get the language certificate before transitioning one of my peer shifted 5 years back. The country is excellent and your pay seems good to, in case you are unmarried than you can save a ton
Yes thanks
bro can u pls tell company names , it will be helpful, I am trying to move out of india too
20k aed means 4.5 lacs a month (approx). Let's assume you spend 60% of it on rent, groceries, electricity, travel, you'll save close to 2.5 lacs a month.
25lpa in india is around 1.5 lacs a month in hand (u can calc with your investments later). Assume you stay on rent so you'll lend up spending at least 40% of it i.e. 60k. You'll save close to 1 lac here
Now, depending on your lifestyle, take an informed decision.
