I’ve an offer from Japanese company for about 9M (90 lakh) Yen per year. Also an offer from UAE company for 20K AED per month.

My current salary in India is 25LPA, with 3.5 years of work experience.
I wanted to ask your thoughts and is it worth to move to Japan, or UAE or switch in India ?

Can you please share experiences in working in these countries and which can be better for me long term?

I’m currently at a boutique agency where it’s just me and my boss doing RM for about 200+ people. About to turn down a job offer that would nearly double my salary after speaking to several former associates of the firm and hearing some not so great things.
