I’ve asked my HR to share the salary bands that are aligned to compensation ranges for the job levels at my company. I feel like I am not getting a straight answer even though we claim to have salary transparency. Nothing shared tells me what the actual ranges are. To be clear, I am asking for the numbers - am I not supposed to receive this information? Is my company being dodgy? Do I need to ask the compensation team and not Hr? Please advise.
