I’ve been at 2 other ABA companies before Mindcolor, & needless to say those other two were very unprofessional & didn’t pay much.
I started at mindcolor & the staff was extremely welcoming, & well organized. the Staff definitely had a standard which was refreshing to see.
They were very helpful when it came to needing help with learning a new data collecting website.
they also make sure you are actually heard, & your ideas are being listened to, not dismissed.

I got my Bachelors in Psychology a few years ago but I couldn’t find a position that seemed like a good option for me that was well paying and fulfilling. I tried working as a tech at an Applied Behavior Analysis clinic but it wasn’t a good fit. I would like to transfer my career to Healthcare Data Analytics. I’m gaining my data analytics certification by the ending of November. I’ve also worked and still currently working for great healthcare company’s. I also have lots of great healthcare data experience. My only concern is no degree. What can I say to recruiters that will WOW them or replace the fact I have no degree because that’s what most of these company’s require.
