My probation was supposed to be of 6 months (i.e until June 2022), but today I received a notification in Workday that I have passed my probation.
How is this possible?
I was planning to resign within probation for 30days notice period. But now this happened. Will this change my notice period to 90days??

Does your company offer tuition assistance? If so, I would go for it!
"I’ve been debating going back to finish my bachelor’s degree, but honestly, I don’t really want to." This part should be carrying the most weight. Degrees matter less and less the more experience you have. As your kids get a little older, you might find a desire to go back, but I wouldn't force it.
It is different now. Managers I’ve had, either with no degree or maybe an associate's, could not get the job they hold right now if applying today. With strong experience, though, you’ll probably be able to fall into that “BA or equivalent experience”. Just make sure you highlight what you know and have done on that resume.
I've run into that same problem, I went to art school 40 years ago and roles today want a bachelors degree. The irony is who cares what degree you had 40 years ago?? It's a moot point, there's nothing in college or art school that taught what I've learned with 40 years in the field. Why does it matter? BTW-This is an American thing, if you look for roles over seas, they care about experience and not degrees.
I think it depends on the industry. I have an associates degree and it’s landed me any job that required a bachelors degree. For years I had hoped to finish and one day my husband talked me into realizing this wasn’t my dream anymore. It never stopped me from getting a job I wanted or kept me from advancing in my career. I’ve moved on to new dreams and never looked back. Wishing you luck in your decision.
I would. There's nothing to guarantee you'll be at this job for the next 20 years. My former boss without a degree advocated for me when his boss commented that I didn't have a [4 year] degree..I have an AA and a niche tech cert. Now he's gone and I'm not sure I'd be able to secure the same job though at least they're keeping me for now.
I finished my bachelors while my kids were in Middle school and I was working full time, and it was challenging. But I'm glad I did it because I gained knowledge about things like business writing and communication, accounting and advertising that I didn't have before. Made me more well-rounded and confident. But I've always loved going to school.
Get the BA you can do part time and it won’t be so bad. Take easy As for the major etc. it’s worth it for more access to the part of the job market you’re working in. Or maybe a strong certificate but I’m not sure how those are judged
I went when my daughter was small. I was in college when I gave birth, but at 33 yo. That was just one kid I know and I went part time they also offer online at accredited uni’s. Some people still have success without a 4 year degree, but others (like me) I think it helped.
