Me in interview vs me after 3 months

First American Financial Corporation I have attended two rounds of interview in First American Finan Company last week and have received an email that I have been selected in their interview process. The talent acquisition team did not send me an offer letter instead have sent me a BGC form which I submitted yesterday. I found it very strange as usually first offer letter is rolled out and then BGC check happens if the candidate accepts the offer. Today there was no communication. Can anyone tell me if they faced this situation?TIA
I managed to secure an interview for JP Morgan Chase. This is for Asset & Wealth Management Global Private Bank Analyst program 2023. I ask my recruiter and he revealed me some info. This is a single interview session of 2 hours before getting any offer. I will face 5 interviewers. This will be all behavioral. For people who got into JP Morgan Chase, do you have any tip for me to pass this interview for this entry level role? JPMorgan Chase

Dont worry I am in the same boat. i have had over 300 applications sent out and only have had 3 interviews, and then i get the issue that they say im overqualified for the position. yet for 2 years i couldn't have landed a job yet. dont know what im doing wrong or what im missing
Ugh, the ghosting is so frustrating. I wouldn't even mind a 'sorry, no updates yet' type of update. I just asked Chat GPT for a spell I can cast on potential employers to get them to reply after interviews ("jobus offerus" or the like). All the advice about moving on mentally, applying for other jobs, keeping yourself busy is right, of course. I now ask at the end of each interview when I should expect to hear from them. If they say "by the end of next week" I ask whether it would be appropriate to follow up at the end of the day on Friday if I haven't heard from them--or something like that. Honestly I've had mixed success as they'll always say "yes, of course" but then they don't respond to my follow-up anyway. But it makes me feel better to have a deadline for when I can follow up. I try to put the job out of my mind until then.

This may sound silly, but I’ve started to do some journal prompts lol that I got from ChatGPT. Here they are if you’re interested:
Here are 5 calming, grounded journal prompts you can use tonight to help soothe the waiting anxiety and stay centered:
1. Anchor in the present: What are three good things about my life right now that would still be true no matter the outcome of these job opportunities?
2. Shift from outcome to process: What qualities and efforts have I shown during these interviews that I can be proud of?
3. Release control: If I could hand my job search worries to someone or something bigger than me for a week, what would I ask them to take care of?
4. Gentle reassurance: If I knew for certain that the right job for me is on its way, how would I choose to spend my mental energy tonight?
Regulate and soothe: Write a short letter to myself that starts with “I am safe right now because…”
Here’s a simple 4-7-8 calming breath you can do in under two minutes before bed:
1. Get comfortable — either lying down or sitting with your back supported.
2. Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 seconds.
3. Hold your breath gently for 7 seconds (no straining).
4. Exhale fully through your mouth for 8 seconds, letting your shoulders drop.
5. Repeat 3–4 cycles.
As you breathe, you can silently say:
• Inhale: I breathe in calm.
• Hold: I am safe in this moment.
• Exhale: I release all tension.
This will help slow your heart rate, signal safety to your nervous system, and make it easier to drift off.

Answering these questions helped me to focus more on the process rather than the outcome.
And I told myself that no matter what happens
“Still, I will rise”
Meaning I’ll continue to move forward, apply for jobs, take care of my little one and put my best effort forward!

I try to stay busy as much as possible to keep my mind on other things if you can try to keep your life full outside of your career, it helps. Doesn’t totally fix the mindset, but helps.
Absolutely do not blame yourself.
Google ‘ghosting’ & the job market and you are not gonna believe what you find.
Absolutely do not believe anyone who’s gonna tell you that ‘AI is the solution’ because it’s not.
Applying to jobs the way it used to be, is no longer the way it is anymore.
It's a combination of things.
There are a lot of bad recruiters. They match your background to a job, write you about it, and they don't do anything for your. They don't even know what they're recruiting for.
It's a dependency on AI that Recruiters use to match words in your resume to the job needs and rejecting you despite your experiences.
It's changing the basics of being hired without telling the job hunter.
It's not you. But you may need to adapt to a new hiring environment.
It's not good right now.
I haven't found a solution yet, either. The waiting and ghosting is making life extraordinarily difficult.
