I interviewed for JPMC Mumbai but process seems but delayed. recieved call from hr discussed CTC and all , but they keen on understanding my travel to office as I live a bit far from office location

Does JPMC rejects for such reasons ? Also how much time does it takes to release offer letter ?

Seems but delayed to not sure why ?

Any idea what could be the issue ?

I received an offer for 80k to work as a desktop engineer for TCS at one of their client’s locations. Our 5 month old started daycare about 5 weeks ago. We’ve already had to keep her home for 2.5 of those 5 weeks due to catching various illnesses (croup, rsv, brinchiolitis, etc). Both my wife and I have been sick most of that time as well (gotten it from the baby). Wife is thinking we get a full time nanny for the next 4 months to help the baby build antibodies. Cost aside, is this feasible / worthwhile to go thru the effort / finding the right fit, only for 4 months?

Been on a project for 2 weeks and thinking it’s not for me. The manager is kind of rude when I ask for help/direction, but he always says to ask if things are uncertain. He always has this condescending attitude and just keeps telling me that he expects more of someone at my level, C. I just keep feeling anxious that I’m not meeting expectations and feel reluctant to ask for help. Anyone in the same boat?
