I've been noticing a trend of clinical "researchers" using freelance sites to find participants for their studies or look for help setting these studies up. Is it just me, or does something about these tactics feel very... unscientific?

I have reformatted my resume to ATS but that doesn’t seem to be working either. Why is it so hard to get into the CRO industry and why is my hospital experience not translating? Thanks

I want to transition to a role in pharma or a CRO, but haven’t been successful yet because I don’t have industry experience. I’m looking to transition from an academic medical center to pharma or a biotech. I have about 8 years of clinical research experience overall — 7 years combined as a CRC (CRC I, CRC II, and senior CRC) and 1 year as a PM. I’m also recently ACRP-CP certified.

Has anyone taken the CCRP exam? Currently looking for test prep resources and there are very few. The exam book combo I found on Amazon has mixed reviews and I think the best way for me to prep is to see the questions and get comfortable with them.
