I’ve been part of the CDF family since 2014. I first knew of CDF when my own kids were referred to the Montebello office by another dentist. I’ve been a part of CDF staff as of August of 2021 as the greeter taking temperatures at the door in Riverside. Now I’m in the Colton office. I’ve been there since it opened in February 2024. Working with CDF has by far been my best job ever. CDF not only cares about its employees but also motivates them to be better and succeed within the company.

I've been a dental assistant for 11 years , and I think I'm done . I feel the pay is never enough and 9/10 we do the most work in the office . It's never commensurate to what we do and no matter how much experience you have your still 3-5$ more than someone fresh out of school . It's a skill I'm glad to know that I can always find work but the burnout for nothing isn't worth it. Can anyone relate

Hello everyone I have 29 years as a dental professional in Texas. I started as a dental assistant back in 1993. As my career progressed as a RDA, I moved to the front office and eventually management. I even taught dental assistants and became the Program Director of a DA program. COVID opened up remote work for me, I manage eclaims, claims corrections and billing for two offices. $20 per hour, no bonuses or incentives, I know I am not getting paid enough! Any input would be appreciated.

I want to go back to work in the dental field. I was an assistant for 10+ years. I miss helping people smile. But trying to find work that I can do within school hours is so hard! Has anyone found anything that is legit work from home? Either remote treatment plan presenting or helping with scheduling? I really need something from home because my husband travels so much. I’m located outside of Chicago if that helps.
